What we collect

We collect the details needed to make and honour a booking: your name, contact details, and, where the law requires identity verification, your National Identification Number.

How identity data is handled

Your NIN is encrypted at rest and never displayed in full. Identity documents are deleted once a verification decision has aged past our retention period.

Who we share it with

Booking details are shared with the hotel you have booked, and payment details with our payment provider. Nothing else is shared.
